Fumacinha Trail
It's a much more technical and demanding trail, considered among the most difficult in Chapada. It's about 18km in total, with river crossings, lots of rocks, some climbing, and very uneven terrain. It's beautiful, but recommended for adventurers with experience in strenuous hiking.
ABOUT THIS ADVENTURE:
Get ready to explore one of the most challenging trails in Chapada! The Fumacinha Waterfall, with its 100-meter drop, is surrounded by an impressive 280-meter-high canyon. The trail begins in the village of Baixão, passes by Lago do Baixão and follows the Riachão riverbed to the waterfall, with a route full of natural beauty and challenges.
About this adventure:
Difficulty: Intense, recommended only for those with good physical fitness.
Total distance: 18 km (round trip). The first 3 km are an easy walk, followed by a technical section within the riverbed, where it is necessary to walk on uneven rocks and perform a climb.
Exposure: The trail includes challenging sections through rugged terrain exposed to the sun, requiring extra caution from adventurers.
