This 5-day, 4-night trek provides a deep connection with nature and local culture. You'll stay in local homes, where you'll enjoy traditional, welcoming meals. Expect to hike 5 to 6 hours a day, over uneven terrain, at altitudes of up to 1,500 meters.

ITINERARY DESCRIPTION:
Day 1: Pati Valley Viewpoint and Funis and Lajedo Waterfalls
* Departure: 7am Lençóis
* Distance: 12 km (walking)
* Duration: 5-6 hours
* Travel: 2 hours by car to Guinea
* Description: The adventure begins with a climb to Aleixos and continues through the vast fields of Gerais do Rio Preto. The first stop is at the Pati Valley Lookout, with incredible panoramic views. Afterwards, we head for a swim in the Preto River. After an immersive day, spend the night in a local home with a cozy home-cooked dinner.

Day 2: Cachoeirão from Above
* Distance: 16 km (walking)
* Duration: 6 hours
* Elevation: 746 meters
Description: Today's trail takes us to the impressive Cachoeirão Viewpoint, where the view of the waterfalls plunging 320 meters into the canyon is unforgettable. It's one of the highest and most impressive spots in the Pati Valley. After the hike, we return to the local house for rest and dinner.
Day 3: Castle Hill
* Distance: 12 km (walking)
* Duration: 5 hours
* Elevation: 660 meters
* Description: The day begins with a hike up Morro do Castelo, climbing through dense forest to a fascinating cave that we explore with flashlights. After an incredible view at the summit, we return, passing waterfalls like Funis and Lajedo for another refreshing swim. The evening is spent again at a local home with another typical regional meal.
Day 4: Tree Well
* Distance: Approximately 8 km (walking)
* Duration: 4-5 hours
* Description: A leisurely day's hike takes us to Poço da Árvore, a hidden spot with crystal-clear waters, ideal for a refreshing dip. The day also offers time to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Overnight stay in a local home.
Day 5: Climb to the Empire and Royal Road to Andaraí
* Distance: 14 km (walking)
* Duration: 6-7 hours
* Description: The final day is a historic journey, ascending the Serra do Império and hiking the old Estrada Real, a route steeped in history from the diamond cycle period. The trail takes us to Andaraí, where the adventure ends with a sense of deep connection to the Pati Valley. Return to Lençóis by private transport.
