Sossego Waterfall Trail + Middle Stream
Get ready to explore one of the most beautiful trails in the Lençóis region! Ideal for adventure seekers, with moderate challenges and challenging sections, much of it along the riverbed, climbing and descending over rocks.
📍 Main stops:
Sossego Waterfall: A large, 60-meter pool in the middle of a beautiful canyon, perfect for a peaceful swim.
Ribeirão do Meio: On the way back, enjoy the natural slide and the relaxing waters.

About the adventure:
Difficulty: Moderate to intense
Total distance: 14 km (7 km there + 7 km back). Walking along the riverbed for the last 4 km, over rocks.
Terrain: Walk on rocks, with uneven sections and sun exposure. The most intense part is the last 30 minutes, due to the riverbed and large rocks.
Baths: Sossego Waterfall and Ribeirão do Meio.
Getting around: The entire tour is done on foot, without the use of transport.
